20 WEEKS PREGNANT

And just like that, we are officially halfway there with this beautiful baby. Each and every day, we are falling more in love with all of who you are. We can’t wait to hold you in our arms, bring you home, watch you grow, and keep praying for you daily. Our constant prayer over this babe is that they are filled with kindness, joy, empathy, and for their whole heart to fall in love with Jesus, constantly in awe and wonder of all that he has done. I’m filled to the brim with gratitude for you, sweet baby, and I can’t believe I get to be your mama. 

Thank you to all of you who have been constantly praying for our baby, checking in, and cheering us on every step of the way. We can’t tell you how much it means to us, we are so surrounded by love and support – it’s such a gift. I’ve been praying immensely for God to surround me with a community of mamas as this baby arrives, and he is continually faithful. I have watched, cheered on, and come alongside lots of mamas at the start of motherhood, and believe so deeply that it truly does take a village to raise every child. I feel SO blessed that this baby will be known and loved by so many mamas (and built in best friends).

We had our 20-week ultrasound this week, and the doctor said baby is looking absolutely perfect and growing every day (I can’t get over their sweet little nose). And more happy news, we officially know baby’s gender and can’t even wait to share the news with the rest of the world. I’ve already starting buying the cutest baby things and their registry is almost complete. Everything is starting to feel so real, just a few more months and they will finally be here!  #20weekspregnant
