Ingredients  

  • 1 c. organic sprouted rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. ground flax seed
  • 1/2 c. shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips or dried fruit
  • 3/4 c. nut butter
  • 1/3 c. honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Gather all ingredients and mix together in a large bowl.
  • Roll into 24 balls and place in container.
  • Let the protein balls chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
  • Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
