- 1 c. organic sprouted rolled oats
- 1/2 c. ground flax seed
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips or dried fruit
- 3/4 c. nut butter
- 1/3 c. honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Gather all ingredients and mix together in a large bowl.
Roll into 24 balls and place in container.
Let the protein balls chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
