- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 c. butter (melted)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Sift and stir dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
Combine batter and mix until smooth.
Cook pancakes with butter or oil over medium-low heat until golden brown or use a waffle maker.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm with butter and maple syrup, and enjoy!
