GINGERBREAD PANCAKE & WAFFLE RECIPE

Ingredients  

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 c. butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Sift and stir dry ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
  • Combine batter and mix until smooth.
  • Cook pancakes with butter or oil over medium-low heat until golden brown or use a waffle maker.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm with butter and maple syrup, and enjoy!
