- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar (granulated)
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. milk (any kind)
- 1/4 c. unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 large egg
Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients together.
Combine pancake batter, mix until smooth.
Cook pancakes with butter or oil over medium-low heat until golden brown.
Serve warm with butter and maple syrup, and enjoy!
