This perfect pancake recipe is easy to make and totally from scratch! These pancakes are fluffy and buttery with a hint of cinnamon and vanilla that gives these pancakes the most delicious flavor. Made with ingredients you already have in your pantry, these pancakes are easy and delicious every time!
This recipe is perfect for a quick breakfast before school or a slow Saturday morning for the whole family to enjoy! Serve with butter, powdered sugar, berries and pure maple syrup for a delicious breakfast.

Ingredients  

  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. sugar (granulated)
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. milk (any kind)
  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large egg

Instructions 

  • Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients together.
  • Combine pancake batter, mix until smooth.
  • Cook pancakes with butter or oil over medium-low heat until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with butter and maple syrup, and enjoy!
