- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 c. butter (melted)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract

- Sift and stir dry ingredients into a large bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
- Combine batter and mix until smooth.
- Cook pancakes with butter or oil over medium-low heat until golden brown or use a waffle maker.
